WASHINGTON— The Brownstown Central boy’s basketball team kept rolling Saturday afternoon at the Hatchet House.

COMING UP

Trinity Lutheran continues its postseason journey on Saturday, with a tall task at hand, facing a 23-2 Evansville Christian team. The game is taking place at Loogootee High School at 4 p.m, on Saturday. It will take place at this time and not immediately follow the previous game that starts at 1.

The first winter banquet for the Trinity Lutheran Cougars took place on Thursday, with the Lady Cougars celebrating their 2023-24 season. The team would secure its fifth straight sectional title.

Young open-wheel racer Gunnar Setser of Columbus is planning a diverse slate of races throughout 2024, highlighted by running his No. 43 Arnold Racing Lynk by Driven Midwest chassis full-time with the POWRi National Midget Series and during the majority of the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series schedule.
