SEYMOUR

James Gravett 50, of Seymour, Indiana passed away on June 17, 2022. He was born on April 13, 1972, in Phoenix, Arizona to Martha Robinson Burton and the late Woodrow Gravett.

James was a musician who loved playing the guitar. He also enjoyed fishing but most of all he enjoyed working on cars and loved teaching his boys how to work on them.

He is survived by two sons, Hayden Gravett and Dawson Gravett both of North Vernon Indiana; his mother, Martha Robinson Burton; two grandchildren, Cooper Gravett and Michael Gravett; three brothers, Kenneth (Marsha) Gravett, Michael (Kimberly) Gravett, and Robert Saunders; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Woodrow Gravett.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 29, 2022, from 12-2 pm at Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
