As the fair comes to a close, all of the hard work is appreciated with the parade of champions.

All of the 4-H members get to show everyone what they have accomplished all summer.

As a 10-year member in 4-H, I will no longer have the ability to show in 4-H at the Jackson County Fair. Although it is sad, it’s a great accomplishment to have, and it’s exciting to move on into helping my younger family members with 4-H and the dairy animals.

Not only has 4-H helped me to grow up, it has helped me to appreciate all those that have helped. Without the help of family and friends, I would not be able to get some things done.

I’ve learned the importance of hard work and dedication. 4-H has helped me determine what I want to do in my future. It has helped me to have a passion for agriculture and specifically the dairy industry.
