Curtis Gilbert Collman III, 8, of Crothersville, IN, went to heaven at 2:43 PM on Thursday, June 21, 2018. Born January 7, 2010, in Indianapolis, IN, he was the son of Curtis Collman II of Seymour, IN and Rachel Cook of Little York, IN.

Baby Curtis was full of life — he enjoyed riding his bike, watching SpongeBob & Minecraft tutorials, playing with nerf guns, and playing video games. Curtis was going to be in the third grade at Crothersville Elementary.

Other survivors include 2 brothers, Austin “Bubby” Cook and Anthony Stacy, 1 “Sissy”, Rebekah Cook, all of Crothersville, IN; maternal great-grandparents, Chester & Juanita Fletcher of Crothersville, IN; maternal grandparents, Rita Cook of Crothersville, IN and Laydene & Mary Cook of Scottsburg, IN; paternal grandparents, Curtis & Geneva Collman of Crothersville, IN; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 with visitation on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, all at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville. Graveside services will be conducted at Uniontown Cemetery following the funeral.
