Tigers fall to Mustangs 49-41 in sectional opener
NEW WASHINGTON— On the road in the house of the home team for sectionals is never easy, that’s what Crothersville had to deal with on Tuesday night. Opening their postseason against New Washington in the New Washington Sectional. The Tigers played the early game, which started at 6 p.m.
Owls fall to Jeffersonville 45-27; Ending season with 18-5 record
It’s hard to beat a team twice in one season. The Seymour Owls boys’ basketball team found out the hard way Tuesday night in the Seymour Class 4A Sectional in the Lloyd E. Scott Gymnasium

Braves kickoff postseason with Henryville on Wednesday evening
Brownstown Central begins their quest for another sectional title on Wednesday. The Braves will face off with Henryville at 7:30 p.m. at Southwestern (Hanover) High School, following the Clarksville and Southwestern game, which starts at 6 p.m.
Lady Owls hosted basketball banquet on Monday
The first winter sports banquet of the 2023-24 season is past, as the Seymour Lady Owls basketball team hosted their annual awards ceremony and banquet on Monday night.
Owls beginning postseason push tonight after huge regular season
Fresh off their most wins (18) in a regular season since 1971-72, the Seymour Owls boys basketball team heads into postseason action tonight. The team will host Jeffersonville at 6 p.m. inside of Lloyd E. Scott Gymnasium.
