The Seymour Common Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

The agenda includes a request to transfer an abatement from RP Realty of Seymour to MSF Seymour and compliance statement of benefits for Silgan Plastics Corp. (one real estate and one personal property), O&K American Corp. (five personal property and six real estate), Plant Nutrient Operations LLC (one real estate and one personal property), MSF Seymour LP (one real estate) and Marpar Properties (one real estate).

Ordinances to be introduced include amending city code regarding building and house sewers, updating schedule of sewer rates, updating schedule of trash rates and updating stormwater user fee determination, amending Title IX “General Regulations: of Seymour City Code regarding health and sanitation and amending an ordinance regarding angled 15 minute parking at 5th and Ewing Street.

Lastly, a resolution will be introduced to authorize filing of application for a grant of the Federal Transit Act.
