The Seymour Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 11 a.m. Friday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

Agenda items include a special request to host a Crossroads Community Trails duathlon at Freeman Field Recreational Complex, numerous special requests from Seymour Main Street for various events during October and December, a special request from the Seymour Oktoberfest to secure the annual event, approval of lot requests at the farmers market parking lot and a mobile food license renewal.

Other items include sewer adjustments and department head reports.
