MEMPHIS, TN

Sarah Kay Harris, 36, of Memphis, TN, formally of Seymour, IN passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in Memphis. She was born on February 12, 1987, in Columbus, IN., she was the daughter of James A. and Cheryl (Hatton) Hubbard. She married Adam Harris on April 12, 2008 in Columbia, KY. and he survives.

In addition to her husband Adam, Sarah is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Faith Harris of Memphis, TN; her father, James Hubbard of North Vernon, IN; one brother, Justin (Natasha) Hubbard of Memphis, TN and one sister, Jessica Miller of Campbellsville, KY and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl Hubbard.

Sarah was a 2006 graduate of Seymour High School. She worked as a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her family and tending to their needs. She enjoyed binge watching the Handmaids Tails, Grim, Greys Anatomy, and other numerous shows in her free time. Most of all though, she cared for and loved her family deeply and will be missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 7p.m. at the Voss and Son’s Funeral Home in Seymour. The family will meet friends from 4p.m. until the time of services on Thursday at 7p.m. at the funeral home.
