The only agenda item is Curt Stevens requesting a variance at 2010 Chelsea Court to vary from the required 20-foot rear setback to be at a 10-foot rear setback and the required front setback of 50 feet to be at 25 feet to build a 24-by-28-foot garage. He lives on a corner lot and is restricted where he can place the structure.
