Student-musicians from Seymour High School performed Saturday at the Indiana State School Music Association District Vocal/Piano Solo & Ensemble Festival at Floyd Central High School.

Of the 19 events that attended, 14 were given a gold rating.

The Group 1 musicians who are advancing to state solo and ensemble Feb. 18 at Perry Meridian High School in Indianapolis are Aria Massengale, Carly Kaiser, Isabel Maschino, Joel Stevens, Katie Cottrill, Kelly Beavers, Leonel Jimenez, Liza Stuckwisch, Owen Lauster and Will Hudson.
