Was your New Year’s resolution to be healthier?

Get your eating back on track with a healthy eating class at the Jackson County Public Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

Two identical classes on nutrition will be held later this month in the Seymour library meeting room. The first class will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Jan. 25, and the second will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Jan. 26.

Helpful tips will be provided by Leslie Kendall, nutrition services manager and registered dietitian at Schneck Medical Center. Kellee Knott, nutrition services intern at Schneck, will be sharing information, as well.

The free classes are limited to 25 registrants per session and open to ages 18 and up. Registration is now open and required by Friday.

To register, visit myjclibrary.org/events or call 812-523-4636.
