The Seymour City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at city hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut St., Seymour.

Agenda items include a statement of benefits and a tax abatement resolution from Parkland Inc. for real estate improvements and consideration of approval of the second reading of ordinances to rezone property at 222 Marley Lane, change the plan commission meeting time, amend the city’s American Rescue Plan fund allocation plan and update city council districts.

Other resolutions to be introduced and considered for approval are to transfer funds within Seymour Police Department accounts and Seymour Department of Public Works accounts, transfer funds for health insurance premiums and amend a chapter in Seymour City Code.
