CLARKRANGE, TN
Esther Nichter Wilkes 100 years old passed away September 26, 2022 at home. She is survived by son Thomas Rascoe of Tennessee and multiple grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Stone, her parents and eight siblings.
