The Crothersville Town Council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the town hall, 111 E. Howard St., Crothersville.

The meeting will start with a public hearing on the 2023 budget. Members of the public are welcome to share comments on the proposed budget during this time.

During the regular monthly meeting, council members will consider approval of spending requests, hear reports from FPBH Inc. and Administrative Resources association and discuss a town well demolition and abandonment, the town budget and the police building.

The council also will consider approval of the second reading of an ordinance permitting chickens within town limits, a 2023 salary ordinance and a resolution approving closure of a town account and a transfer of funds.

The agenda also includes a planning and zoning update, removal of a wall beside a planned parking lot site, capital asset management and setting the trick or treat date and time.
