The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees is scheduled to meet in executive session at noon Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The purpose of the meeting, closed to the public and press, is discussion of pending or threatened litigation strategy; discussion of the job performance or evaluation of individual employees; to engage in strategic planning; and to discuss information and intelligence intended to prevent, mitigate or respond to threat of terrorism.
