End of Summer Escape and Bubblefest are planned for 10 a.m. to noon July 29 at Shields Park, 600 N. Broadway St., Seymour.

The free event will include an inflatable obstacle course, slides, bounce houses and bubbles. Information about bicycle safety also will be available, and bicycle helmets will be handed out.

There will be a drawing for school supplies at 11:45 a.m., and event attendees will receive free admission to the Shields Park Pool from noon to 5 p.m.

The event is a partnership between the Seymour Parks and Recreation Department, Jackson County Public Library and Indiana Department of Transportation.
