Anthony “Tony” Fields, 63, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away June 14, 2022, at Schneck Medical Center. In 1958, he was born in Madison, Indiana to James and Mary (Gassert) Fields. On July 3, 1978, he married the love of his life, Rita Bowman.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Fields; two daughters, Susan (Jason) Cowles of Seymour, and Nicole (Robert) Fields of Seymour; three brothers; Kenneth “Ken” (Deb) Fields of Fairfield, Ohio, Robert (Becky) Fields of Paris Crossing, Indiana, Rick Fields of Madison, Indiana, two sisters, Donna (Ossie) White of Deputy, Indiana, and Linda Rook (Rick Hopkins) of Unionville, IA; his five grandchildren, Peyton Hayes, Laken Hall, Eric Cowles, Daren Cowles, and Christian Cowles; two great grandchildren; Preslee and Piper Cowles; and his beloved dog, Snoopy.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Diane Royalty, and Nancy Grider.

Tony was a forklift driver at Aisin Manufacturing for over 20 years. He was also a volunteer firefighter for Hamilton Township Fire Department.

Visitation will be held at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Tuesday June 21, 2022, from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will be held Wednesday June 22, 2022, at 11am at Voss and Sons. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

The family requests memorial contributions be made in the choice of the donor in care of Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
