SEYMOUR

John A. Vogel, 73, of Seymour, Indiana passed away June 9, 2022, at his residence. In 1948, he was born to John Earl and Jane (Allen) Vogel. On April 23, 1979, he married the love of his life, Joyce Stout.

He is survived by his wife; Joyce Vogel of Seymour; two sons, John Matthew Vogel of Indianapolis and James Patrick Allen Vogel of Seymour; daughter, Jennifer Suzanne Vogel of Louisville; and a brother Nicholas (Julie) Vogel of Reddington.

He was a 1966 graduate of Seymour High School.

John was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church. His memberships include American Legion Post #89, VFW Post #1925, and the Eagles.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Visitation will be held from 4-7PM, Tuesday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service. Services will be at 10:30AM, Wednesday, at Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
