To the editor:

In light of the latest Texas school shooting, in spite of what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have to say, their main purpose is advocacy of more gun control.

The initial call for this tragedy came at approximately 11:30 a.m. The gunman was stopped until 1 p.m. That’s 90 minutes of mayhem and less of life. Where are the cops? Point being if there had been one armed teacher or any administrator, how many lives would have been saved in that time period?
