Middle and high school students interested in a health care career can attend Schneck Medical Center’s free Health Career Discovery Program.

It’s set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 21 and 22 at the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

Registration is required and may be done online at schneckmed.org/events by June 7.

COVID documentation (proof of vaccination or approved exemption form) will be required for participation. Required forms will be provided upon completion of registration. Details with an agenda will be provided closer to program start.

The program will feature a variety of speakers and tours to learn more about surgical services, nursing, imaging, pediatrics, medical assisting, rehab therapists, dietetics, emergency services and more.
