The Jackson County Public Library’s Oceans of Possibilities summer learning program begins May 31 and runs through Aug. 1 at the Seymour, Crothersville and Medora libraries and on the Discovery Bus.

The program is free and open to all ages, newborn through adult.

Participants may sign up online at home or at the library at myjclibrary.readsquared.com or download the Readsquared app available for Android and IOS. All participants registering online are automatically entered in a drawing for a chance to win an LED jellyfish lamp.

Participants can earn prizes at 300, 600 and 900 points. Up to five grand prize entry slips can be earned for additional reading. Grand prizes at each location this year are a one-year family membership to the Indianapolis Zoo or a poolside/beach bundle that includes a $25 Walmart gift card.

The summer learning program is made possible through financial donations from several local sponsors.

For information, follow the library on Facebook, visit myjclibrary.org or call 812-522-3412, option 2, in Seymour, 812-793-2927 in Crothersville or 812-966-2278 in Medora.
