Seymour Main Street has announced the fifth annual Happy Glamper event is scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. May 20 and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 21 in the Robertson Feed Mill and Walnut Street parking lots in downtown Seymour.

The event is free to attend, and there will be food and drinks available for purchase and live music by Forrest Turner.

Glampers will be open to view inside, and the owners will be available to answer any questions on the campers, such as make, model and the renovation process.

Register your camper by visiting seymourmainstreet.org by May 7.

The Glamper Sip N Stroll also is scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m. May 20. It’s for those 21 and older and requires admission. Tickets are $15 in advance online at seymourmainstreet.org or $20 at the Seymour Main Street table in the Robertson Feed Mill Parking Lot on the day of the event.

Tastings from regional wineries and breweries will be set up in various downtown locations. The ticket includes a commemorative tasting glass and a map for all locations.

“We are thrilled to host these two events and are particularly excited for people to see the creativity that goes into decorating the glampers,” said Bri Roll, executive director of Seymour Main Street.

“We’re also excited to offer another opportunity for friends to gather in downtown Seymour and experience some of Indiana’s breweries and wineries through the Sip N Stroll,” she said. “These types of events have grown in popularity, and our volunteers are committed to offering them to the community.”

The event is sponsored by Mike Kopp-RE/MAX First Commercial Group, The Tribune, Sexton Advertising, Bob Poynter Chevrolet–Buick–GMC, Wischmeier Trucking, Wehmiller Express and Vat and Barrel.
