The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees will meet at 8 p.m. Monday in the boardroom at the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The meeting is open to the public and press.

There also will be an executive session at 7 p.m. that’s closed to the public and press. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss records classified as confidential by state or federal statute and engage in strategic planning.
