Crothersville Utilities customers recently have had problems with online bill pay due to a third party site that appears to belong to the town of Crothersville.

Bills paid through this site may not get to the town and may result in loss of service for unpaid bills, Clerk-Treasurer Danieta Foster said.

She advises customers to not pay any bills for Crothersville Utilities through doxo.com because it has no connection to the town.

Utility bills may be paid online at crothersville.net through Invoice Cloud.
