Jamie E. Bates, 40, of Crothersville, Indiana passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana. She was born on April 5, 1981 in Owensboro, Kentucky, the daughter of Shawn and Sandi (Hamilton) Spall. Jamie worked most of her life in customer services, working in restaurants. Jamie loved her son, family, and being outdoors. She especially enjoyed her different plants and gardening. Jamie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty Stinnett, James Hamilton, and Sue and Tom Spall. In addition to her parents, Jamie is survived by her husband, Andrew Martin of Crothersville, Indiana; son, Logan Bates of Nashville, Tennessee; brother, Clay Burden of Owensboro, Kentucky; sister, Jerica Fish (Marcus) of Crothersville, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Collins Funeral Home with Matt Craig officiating.
