A portion of G Avenue in Freeman Field Industrial Park in Seymour will be closed next week due to construction related to the second phase of the Burkart Boulevard extension project.

G Avenue will be closed between First and Second avenues from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

Workers from Dave O’Mara Contractor Inc. will be onsite to install a 12-inch water line tie-in.

Motorists will be directed to take Second Avenue to F Avenue as a detour.
