Night to Shine, celebrating people with special needs, will be a Shine-Thru Parade at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 11 at Seymour Christian Church, 915 Kasting Road, Seymour.

Registration is required and is limited. Sign up online at seymourchristian.com/nighttoshine.

Attendees, including clients and caregivers, will receive gift bags and a take-home meal with dessert. First responders, a disc jockey, special characters, mascots and spectators will be there to cheer on and entertain participants.

There also will be a virtual event when participants return home.

The Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night to Shine is a prom night experience centered on God’s love for people with special needs ages 14 and older. This is the eighth anniversary of the event, and thousands of people from around the world will come together Feb. 11 to honor those with disabilities.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Night to Shine is a worldwide Shine-Thru Parade and Virtual Celebration this year.
