The Seymour Department of Public Works has put Christmas tree drop-off areas in place.

Only real trees are allowed to be dropped off. Trees should be removed from the bag and free of decorations.

Trees can be recycled at the following locations: Margaret R. Brown Elementary School, Emerson Elementary School, Seymour-Jackson Elementary School, Seymour-Redding Elementary School, Seymour Middle School Sixth Grade Center, Seymour Middle School and Seymour High School.

The drop-off area at each school is marked by orange snow fencing.
