Cortland Elementary School’s student enrichment team is organizing a canned food drive.

Now through Dec. 15, donations of canned peas, white potatoes, corn, chicken noodle soup, tomato soup and meal in a can (Spaghetti O’s, ravioli, beef stew, etc.) are being accepted along with syrup, peanut butter, saltine crackers, instant potatoes and pancake mix.

The class that brings in the most items will receive a pizza party.

All items will be donated to Community Provisions of Jackson County in Seymour.
