BROWNSTOWN
Ronald Michael Farace, age 52, of Brownstown, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021.
Ron was born on December 14, 1968, to Sandra Sheperd Staley of Brownstown, and Thomas (Donna) Farace of Spanish Lake, Missouri, both of whom survive.
Ron married his wife of 31 years, Shelly Farace, on July 28, 1990, and had the prides of his life, Britni Farace (Sean Phillips) and Joey Farace (Francis Myers), who survive. He is also survived by two brothers: Tom Farace and John (Cara) Farace, Sr.; one sister, Renee (Ric) Decker; father-in-law, Bruce Browalski; brother-in-law, Eric (Chrissy) Browalski; sister-in-law, Niki Browalski; and several nieces and nephews, including his “Bestie”, Haven. Ron was preceded in death by his stepfather, Roy Matthews; and mother-in-law, Gail Browalski.
Ron worked as night manager at JayC and bought many customers’ groceries sometimes just for making him laugh. He had a special love and connection with children and youths and made lifelong impacts on so many. He had a passion for kids and opened his home and heart to many along the years. He loved music and people and never met a stranger. His laugh was infectious, and his sense of humor made him the comedian of the family. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, barbequing, and playing outdoor games with his family. He had a heart of gold, but his most precious jewel was his wife and children. Ron was also a life-long Eagles fan.
Funeral services for Ronald Michael Farace will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Vallonia Cemetery.
In lieu of traditional memorials, the family asks you to honor Ron by blessing someone through a Random Act of Kindness this holiday season.
