A coat drive is underway at Kayla Stice State Farm in Brownstown.

Since cold weather is here, Kayla Stice State Farm’s coat drive is in full swing.

Anyone who needs a coat may come by the insurance office at 416 N. Main St., Brownstown, or call or text 812-358-5700 to arrange delivery.

Several adult jackets currently are available, but there are no children’s jackets. Most of what was left over last year was donated to school counselors to give out to kids in need of a coat. So far this year, only adult jackets have been donated.

Any size coats may be dropped off during regular business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. They are cleaned and then given to those who need them free of charge.
