Indiana Chief Justice Loretta Rush recently recognized more than 50 judges, including one from Jackson County, for their commitment to higher education and their long-time service.

Jackson Circuit Court Judge Richard W. Poynter received an Indiana Judicial College certificate for completing 120 hours of education presented by the Indiana Office of Court Services. The program enhances legal knowledge and improves personal and professional development.
