Mr. Randall “Randy” Layton Roberts, 67, of Seymour, passed away on September 8, 2021, at his residence.

He was born in 1953, son of the late Layton and Avanell (Rucker) Roberts in Seymour. He graduated from Seymour High School then went on to work for Cummins Engine. Randy retired after 42 years of dedicated service. He was a member of the Diesel Workers Union (DWU). Randy loved to ride his Harley, enjoy a cold beer or diet coke, and go fishing. But what Randy loved most was spending time with his family.

He is survived by his children, Tricia Pesovic, Tracy (Larry) Howard, Travis (Renee) Lucas, and Layton (Katherine) Roberts; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronnie (Paula) Roberts; sisters, Kathy (Duane) Alberring and Deborah (Bill) Sons.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Ralph and Josie Rucker and Riley and Pearl Roberts.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-6pm at Voss Chapel.

Funeral service will be held on Monday at 6pm at Voss Chapel.

Burial will take place at Acme Cemetery at a later date.
