Jackson County Fair queen pageant director Jeanette Hackman recently announced the deadline to apply for this year’s fair queen pageant is Wednesday.

The pageant is open to any Jackson County girl who will be 18 by June 1 and had not reached her 22nd birthday on or before that day.

The pageant will be at 8 p.m. July 25 at the grandstand in Brownstown.
