The cost for an individual entry is $80 and includes one mulligan, and it’s $475 for a corporate golf team and includes four mulligans and your name displayed near registration. The entry deadline is June 28.

Sponsorships are $250, $500 or $1,000. Those should be made payable to Schneck Medical Center. They are tax-deductible.

All proceeds provide scholarships for registered nursing students in Jackson, Jennings, Scott and Washington counties.

To date, the Dr. Bud Scholarship Fund has awarded more than $625,276 in registered nursing scholarships. In 2020, 27 scholarships were awarded.

The scholarship was established in honor of Dr. H.P. "Bud" Graessle (1893-1977). Born in Seymour, Graessle was a practicing physician and surgeon for 53 years until retiring in 1971.
