Purdue Extension Jackson County plans to conduct a Pesticide Applicators Recertification Program recertification class for farm workers who apply fertilizers and pesticides from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Jackson Live and Event Center, 1849 First Ave., Seymour.

To attend, you must register by Friday by calling the county office at 812-358-6101 or sending an email to Richard Beckort at [email protected].

Because of COVID-19 restrictions, attendance is limited. If you do not need credit this year, there will be other opportunities for receive credit in 2022.
