The Immanuel Lutheran Guild met Nov. 3 in the fellowship hall of the Seymour church.

Vice President Sandy Kilgas called the meeting to order with 22 members present.

The Rev. Jimmy Rodriguez led the group in singing "Now Thank We All Our God." He then presented a video on the disaster relief trip to Alabama that several members of the congregation had been on recently.

Birthdays and nursing home visitations were discussed.

Connie Roeder and Carol Denny distributed nuts to be sold.

Tables were decorated with a fall theme, and a dessert was served. Hostesses for the evening were Norma Pollert, Jean Barkman and Pam Rodriguez. A door prize was won by Janet Cooper.

A Christmas party will be held at 6 p.m. Dec. 1.
