An eight-week investigation led to the arrest of a 23-year old Jackson County man on felony drug charges Monday, police report.
Juan Pascual faces two preliminary Level 2 charges of dealing/manufacturing methamphetamine, a Level 3 charge of dealing/manufacturing meth and a Level 1 felony for possession of meth, according to a news release from Detective Sgt. C.J. Foster with Seymour Police Department.
On Monday, officers with Seymour and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department executed a Jackson Superior Court 1 search warrant at Pascual’s home in the 400 block of Kessler Boulevard.
During a search of the home, investigators found meth, packaging material and a small amount of U.S. currency, police said.
Pascual told investigators he had dealt in meth during an interview, Foster said.
The investigation is ongoing.
