Mr. Harold E. Mix, 93, of Seymour, passed away Monday, September 28, 2020 at Schneck Medical Center. He was born in Rushville, Indiana to the late Lawrence W. and Ethel (Morgan) Mix. He married his beloved wife, Dorothy Louise Adams, in Carrollton, Kentucky on September 13, 1947.

Harold worked for the Pepsi Cola Company in their service and special events departments. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and Model A Club, he was also a member of the Restorers Club. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Harold is survived by his children, Linda Diane (Ronald) Mathis, Ronald Glen Mix, James Steven Mix; grandchildren, Steve Mathis, Roger Mathis, Joseph Mathis, Brandy Mix, Christopher Mix, Landon Mix, Angela Ulrey; 8 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; brother, Paul Thomas Mix; and sister, Imogene James.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; granddaughter, Melissa Jo Mix; brothers, John Edward Mix and Larry Lee Mix; and sister, Loretta Alene Kent.

Funeral services for Harold will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday, October 1 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Rick Prather officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery with full military graveside rites conducted by VFW Post 1925, American Legion Post 89, Disabled Veterans 47, Korean and Vietnam Veterans, all of Seymour.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Wednesday, September 30 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.
