The National Faith and Blue 5K Walk/Run will start at 8 a.m. Oct. 10 at Crothersville Junior-Senior High School, 109 N. Preston St., Crothersville.

The free event, hosted by Jackson County Sheriff Rick Meyer, will bring law enforcement and faith-based communities together with the goal of building mutual understanding and respect.

Registration will begin at 7 a.m. This will be a timed event but not an official timed event.
