SEYMOUR
Mrs. Mary Grein, 96 of Seymour passed away with her son by her side on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Covered Bridge Health Care Facility in Seymour.
Mary was born near Oakland City, Indiana on August 28, 1923 the daughter of the late John Frank Kellams and Lillian G. (Qualkinbush) Kellams.
She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Seymour and had worked as an LPN at Schneck Medical Center and Lutheran Community Home.
On October 20, 1981 she married Dennis Grein who preceded in death November 10, 2003.
Mary is survived by her son James (Janet) Duggins, son-in-law Fred Ryerse, 9 grandchildren Fred Ryerse III, John (Glenda) Ryerse, Matt (Linda) Ryerse, Jennifer Brister, Teresa (Mike) Overton, Andrew Duggins, Heather (Russell) Hubbard, Shawna Sunbury and Fiance Karlis Jansons, Amanda Sunbury-Tully (Adam) Tully, 16 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great-Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Judith, son Wayne Duggins, brother Earl and sister Helen.
Funeral Mass Prayer service will be at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Monday, August 3 at 10:00 a.m., with Fr. Dan Staublin, officiating. Burial will follow at Vernon Cemetery, Vernon, Indiana.
Family and friends may visit at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. and on Monday after 9 am until time of service. (Mask are required for the safety of our staff and the wonderful family we are blessed to serve)
Memorials may be designated to the Southern Indiana Hospice through the Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
