The Brownstown Central Community School Corp. board of trustees will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the administration office, 608 W. Commerce St., Brownstown.

The meeting will open with administering the school board oath to appoint and reappoint members and organizing the board for the 2020-21 school year.

Agenda items include a presentation on the Grant Reedy Athletic Training Memorial Endowment; consideration of approval of a half-time nurse position, a school reopening plan, school improvement plans, eLearning days for inclement weather and the second reading of school board policies; and a report from Superintendent Tim Taylor.

The meeting along with a work session at 6 p.m. are open to the public and press.

The board also will have an executive session at 6:30 p.m. to receive information about prospective employees and discuss individuals over whom the governing body has jurisdiction. That meeting is closed to the public and press.
