Photographer and designer Kevin Bell of Seymour was commissioned to design the official announcement of Kentucky Speedway’s NASCAR concert event.

Kentucky native and Nashville, Tennessee, recording artist, JD Shelburne will perform during the Quaker State 400 on July 13. The advertisement will appear as part of email and social media blasts by both the singer and

the speedway.

“This is a real honor,” Bell said. “I truly appreciate the confidence that JD and Kentucky Speedway placed in me to promote this incredible event. Composite photography is my specialty, and I’m very grateful for their appreciation of it.”
