Have you always wanted to learn how to knit? Do you want to learn a fun hobby?

If you answered “yes,” then the Learn How to Knit SPARK Club is for you.

Jackson County 4-H volunteers Linda Higginbotham and Heather Robinson will lead four sessions of knitting lessons in January.

The sessions will be at Central Christian Church’s youth house, 1434 W. Second St., Seymour. The sessions will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Jan. 8, 15, 22 and 29.

This activity is open to all Jackson County youth in grades 3 through 12, regardless of their current involvement in the 4-H program.

To register, call Purdue Extension Jackson County at 812-358-6101 or email Heather VonDielingen at [email protected].

The cost is free to current 4-H members who have paid their program fees for 2019. For youth not currently enrolled in 4-H, there is a $20 program fee that provides access to all 4-H activities conducted throughout the year.
