The Indiana Department of Transportation issued a permit allowing restrictions along State Road 11 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday for the Crossroads Duathlon.

The event for bicyclists and runners is sponsored by the Seymour Parks and Recreation Department. It begins and ends at Freeman Field.

A 14-mile bicycle course will utilize State Road 11 as part of the route. Running events will take place on the trail that parallels the highway.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department will assist with traffic control.
