The Louisville & Indiana Railroad has released the schedule for railroad rehabilitation project closings in Seymour.

The first involves the crossings at South and Seventh streets, which will be permanently closed at 8 a.m. today — rain or shine.

The Tipton Street (U.S. 50) crossing will be closed from 6 p.m. Tuesday to 6 p.m. Wednesday, while three crossings south of Tipton Street — Laurel Street, Brown Street and Bruce Street — will be closed Tuesday through Friday. That work is weather permitting.
