Mrs. Amanda Louise Bogard, 37, of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Schneck Medical Center. She was born in Franklin on December 18, 1980 to Charles and Sara (Phelps) Deckard.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Sunday, August 12 from 2-5 pm.

She was a case worker for Division of Family Services. She lived on Facebook. She enjoyed yard selling, music, listening to Kid Rock and collecting purses. She loved working with kids.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Bogard; children, Matthew Allen Edward Bogard, Isaiah Wayne Bogard and Craig Allen Embry; brothers, Joshua Wayne Deckard, Charles Edward Deckard III and David Allan Deckard; sister, Alicia Bogard; mother and father-in-law, Rhonda and Roy Bogard; and granny, Barb Noirot.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Judy Miller and Wayne Phelps; and uncle, David Allan Deckard.
