Vallonia Christian Church will conduct vacation Bible school from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the church, 2344 S. Main St., Vallonia.

Preschool through fifth grade are welcome to attend the event.

There will be crafts, games, snacks, songs and teachings all focused around the theme “Polar Blast VBS Adventure.”

At 10 a.m. Sunday, the closing VBS program will be held and a lunch and community block party for all ages and families will follow.

The block party will feature free snow cones, snacks, music, water slides, bouncy houses, and a dunk tank.
