Michael “Mike” Lee Rudolph, 67, of Freetown, passed away at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis July 24, 2018 with family by his side. He was born May 26, 1951, to the late Carvan and Norma (Harbaugh) Rudolph.

A memorial service will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, August 4 at 1:00 pm with Rev. David Ison officiating. Burial will follow at Freetown Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, August 4 from 10 am to time of service.

He was a member of Brownstown Presbyterian Church. Mike served 50 years as a volunteer fire fighter and Chief for Pershing Township Volunteer Fire Dept. He also helped with the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Services. Mike not only was a selfless volunteer, he was a hard working provider for his family. After graduating from Ball State University with a Masters Degree he taught one year of business at Crothersville High School, worked a number of years for Domestic Laundry, sold real estate for many years, and also was an auctioneer. He loved to take care of his wife Kathy (Thompson) Rudolph who he married on July 28, 1973.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 45 years; sons Clint (Erin) Rudolph and Ben (Tory) Rudolph; granddaughters, Reagan, Sophia, and Annabel, cousins, Phyllis, Shannon, Shane, Becky, Caitlin, and Isaiah Loper.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and son Brian Rudolph.

Memorials may be written to Pershing Township Volunteer Fire Dept. or Brian Rudolph Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
