The Jackson County Public Library Spilling Ink Writers’ Group plans to meet at 2 p.m. Aug. 18 in the meeting room at the library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

Sarah Viehmann will speak about retelling fairy tales.

Published author and library information services assistant Kathi Linz leads the group, which meets on a mid-month Saturday each month.

Anyone interested in writing is invited to attend.
